SHIPPING
- FREE ground shipping within Continental USA and Canada for orders over $1000.
- Most orders will be delivered in 3-7 working days. Remote locations can take longer.
- ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE
- P.O boxes not accepted as shipping address.
- Shipping fees for orders under $1000 are non-refundable.
- No customs/duty fees for orders shipping to Canada and USA.
- Orders with a ship-to address in Canada ship from Canada.
- Orders with a ship-to address in the US ship from the US.
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Please contact us If you have any questions about your order.
- We currently do not reroute orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/ DUTIES & TAXES
- For orders from countries other than USA and Canada.
- Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges.
- International shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Duties, taxes and tariffs are subject to payment by customer upon delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, we accept returns within 14 days after delivery.
- FREE returns within Continental USA and Canada for orders over $1000.
- For returns or exchanges, please email service@wolfiefur.com indicating your order number. We will issue you a return authorization form along with a return shipping label, return address and detailed instructions.
- Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with all original tags attached to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) returned to us that are clean and unused. We are unable to accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty and we will be unable to refund any shipping charges until the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
